Tony Daniel posts pencils to his "Damian: Son of Batman" variant

DC Comics artist, Tony S. Daniel set up a new twitter account recently, this has been a great place to go for first looks at the interiors of his upcoming series, Superman/Wonder Woman ( written by Charles Soule ), but today the artist posted his pencils to a variant cover for the first issue of Andy Kubert's Ex-Robin centred October miniseries, "Damian: Son of Batman", check out the image below...

This looks pretty impressive, definitely want to pick this one up, I'd also suggest keeping an eye on Daniel's Twitter page for some preview pencil pages.

Interview: Brett Booth talks Doomsday!

In September, DC Comics will be launching 'Villains Month', an event which puts DC's greatest villains to the forefront, rather than their greatest heroes. One of the characters being spotlighted during the event is Doomsday, the monster that once killed Superman. This issue is written by Greg Pak ( 'Planet Hulk', 'Batman/Superman', his upcoming run on 'Action Comics') and pencilled by Brett Booth ( 'Teen Titans', 'Nightwing', 'Justice League of America' and also a regular interviewee on this blog).
