Breaking Bad- "Felina" predictions

Something I don't really talk about on this blog, but a lot about on twitter, is the show 'Breaking Bad'. I absolutely love this show, I only started a month ago but I'm up to date, and eagerly anticipating the series finale, "Felina", which I'll be seeing tomorrow afternoon ( because living in the UK means I can only watch it on Netflix, the next day ).

Aaron Paul's Jesse Pinkman ( front ) and Bryan Cranston's Walter White/ Heisenberg (back)

Anyway, obviously I've got a lot of ideas and theories about what'll happen in the final ever episode of the show, and I've decided on one of my favourites to post here

Bare in mind, however, Vince Gilligan is a very intelligent writer, and nobody will be able to guess what'll happen completely, if I manage to, though, I'll be both worried and proud at the same time...

So, here it is.

Seeing the reason for him being locked in the Neo-Nazi prison to be her wanting him to continue cooking his iconic "Product", Jesse Pinkman threatens Lydia, the current salesperson for Walt and Jesse's 'Blue Sky', which is now actually being cooked and supplied to Lydia by the Todd and his Neo-Nazi gang, Todd is in love with Lydia, so he won't be very happy with this, causing him to pull a gun on Jesse. Before he can fire, however, Walt bursts into the room with his M60, taking out Todd, after realizing he actually cares about Jesse, and doesn't want to see him dead.

Walt continues searching through the camp, killing any members of the mercenary gang he can find, and taking back his drug money as he does. After murdering all of the gang, Walt returns to Jesse, telling him it's over and once again, to run. However, back in the building Lydia has escaped, with nobody having any idea where to...

Several months later, Jesse has adopted Brock ( the son of his ex-girlfriend, Andrea, who was murdered by Todd and the Neo-Nazis in "Granite State"), doing the best he can to care for him. Walt sits alone in his abandoned house, appearing to be waiting for something, he slides his fingers over the rim of his iconic black porkpie hat, before placing it onto his head, he pulls the vial of Ricin from his jacket pocket and swallows a few grains, this means he will be dead within the next few days he places the vial back in his pocket, he stands slowly from his seat, coughing as he does, walking over to the breakfast bar, he picks up the M60 used to murder the Neo-Nazis. Suddenly a group of armed men burst through the door, Walt disposes of all but one with ease. The remaining attacker lies on the ground wounded, Walt walks over, crouches, and asks who has sent them, as Walt points the gun to the man's head, he mutters "Lydia Rodarte-Quayle", Walt stands and walks out of the house, climbs into his car and drives as quickly as he can to the Madrigal building in which Lydia works...

Climbing out of his car, the Heisenberg theme plays, and Walt storms into the building, he steps into Lydia's office, closes the blinds and locks the door, Lydia, who's out of the room at the time has left her mug of tea sitting on her desk, along with a bowl of sugar, Walt empties the remaining Ricin into the bowl and walks out, looking miserable as ever as he leaves the building, but feeling a sense of pride.

The camera cuts to a shot of Lydia walking back into her office, sitting at her desk and loading three spoons of sugar into her cup, sipping it and looking slightly bemused to the odd taste, she continues to drink it anyway, unknowingly sealing her fate...

As the once great Heisenberg sits in the dark, he looks over to his around six-and-a-half barrels worth of cash, he knows he can't give it to his family as always planned, so he comes to the conclusion of giving it to the closest he has left, Jesse. The camera cuts to Jesse walking into his house with Brock, and finding the barrels stood in a row in front of his television, they both stand on the spot looking shocked, Jesse for longer as Brock runs over to see what's inside, Jesse of course already perfectly aware...

In his own mind, Walt has only one thing left to do before he'd happily let the Ricin do it's job. He pulls his phone out of his pocket, flips it open and searches for Skyler's name on his contacts. Pressing the button, the viewers are shown Skyler and Walt, Jr. are helping to repair Marie's home after the break-in by the Neo-Nazi gang, which left the house in ruins. We also see that the White family have moved their possessions into the house, finding a new place to live. Marie is crying on the sofa after the loss of her husband, Hank; Skyler comes over and comforts her, followed by Walt, Jr., as Skyler hugs her sister, her phone begins to ring, she sees that it's Walt calling, she lets it ring out, he tries again, Junior gets frustrated and takes his mother's phone out of her hands and snaps it, preventing his criminal father from ever attempting to contact them again. As this happens Walt falls to the floor, the Ricin takes it's affect, he lies on his back and presses the phone back against his ear, only to hear the "Sorry, this phone is not available now" message, followed by the buzzing tone given after you've lost a call.

The camera pans out, Crawlspace style (as seen in the clip below, 2: 06 is you're impatient ) as the the Buzzing gets louder and louder while Walt appears more lifeless by the second, the buzzing reaches a climax as Walt finally fades from life, and the recognisable "Executive Producer: Vince Gilligan" screen appears, the credits roll on, to absolute silence.

The final episode of Breaking Bad ( 'Felina' ) will be broadcast on AMC tonight in the US or if you're a UK person like me, it'll be available on Netflix just a few hours later at 9AM, our time. It stars Bryan Cranston as Walter White, Anna Gunn as Skyler white, Aaron Paul as Jesse Pinkman, RJ Mitte as Walter Jr. ( Or Flynn ) White and Betsy Brandt as Marie Schraeder along with many others. Breaking Bad was created by Vince Gilligan.
